With our 30 years combined experience and various directly employed trades within Gilbert & Gregson, we are well placed to carry out full extensions of your home. This could be a ground floor living room extension, front porch extension or double storey side extension to your entire house.

Acting as main contractor, we carry out all main building and construction works, only sub-contracting those specialist trades such as gas plumbing and electrical installations. 

Being able to assist at the Design & Planning ​stage, we can take your house extension from initial architects designs & local authority approval, to final interior decoration and external landscaping.

Loft & Garage Conversions

If you are looking to add space to your home but do not want to carry have an extension or don't have the space to extend, a loft conversion or garage conversion may be an ideal solution. Using existing underutilised space, our specialist general building and carpentry expertise can complete the conversion process.
