Gilbert & Gregson Team Recognised with Prestigious Safety Award

Gilbert Gregson Construction Ltd is proud to announce that three of its team members—Tom, Glen and Dan—have been awarded the Ashe Quarterly Sub-Contractor Safety Award in recognition of their outstanding performance on site at the University of Hertfordshire Medical Building project.

The award highlights the team’s exceptional commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety, as well as their overall contribution to the success of the project.

Ashe Project Manager Andy Pacey commended the trio for their exemplary approach, noting their strong health and safety culture and proactive attitude. He praised their ability to effectively identify and control workplace hazards independently, without the need for intervention from the wider site team.

In addition to their safety performance, Tom, Glen and Dan were also recognised for the quality of their workmanship and their consistent, clear communication throughout the project—both of which have played a key role in delivering a high standard of work on site.
