The Warren, Royston

A brand new project is complete in Royston. Our team have been creating a more suitable open living space with accessibility being key for our customers.

The build has involved a conversion of the existing garage to create a new DDA compliant living space for our clients. The old garage is now a fantastic space which includes a spacious and modern kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom for our disabled client to have a practical and comfortable living space.

We completed extensive external works where our team have raised up the existing patio and installed ramps and railings to make it assessable via a wheelchair. Our client can’t wait to now enjoy their garden and roof top patio in the warmer months.

As you can see our clients home is situated on a very steep incline, making it a slightly more challenging build with complex levelling and deeper structures required.
