We are delighted to undertake this special project at Friends Farm in Weston Hertfordshire. This large construction project is complex and requires specialist teams to carefully manage this extraordinary Grade Two Listed Building project.

This historic structure has been carefully lifted in the air to allow our expert build teams to dig foundations underneath and encase the original structure within a new build – whilst being fully protected and maintaining the original oak barn.

The project will include brand new dwellings, including an undergrown circular wine cellar.
