The Well at Holwell: A Private Development of Six Countryside Homes

Gilbert & Gregson are proud to have completed the construction of The Well at Holwell, a private development of six new homes in the rural Hertfordshire village of Holwell.

Set within open countryside and just three miles from Hitchin, the development combines traditional architectural character with modern construction, high-quality finishes and energy-efficient technologies.

The Development

The Well comprises three and four-bedroom semi-detached homes, together with two spacious four-bedroom detached properties.

The semi-detached homes range from approximately 1,300 to 1,500 sq ft, while the detached properties provide between approximately 1,900 and 2,200 sq ft. Each home was carefully designed and constructed to provide practical, comfortable accommodation for modern family life.

The traditional external elevations were selected to complement the rural setting, while the interiors were finished with a contemporary approach and a strong focus on quality and durability.

Each home includes a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and family area, with bi-fold doors opening onto a generous terrace and private garden. Separate lounges provide additional space for relaxing and entertaining.
